最近では導電性のペーストも進化し、より低抵抗のもの、硬化後も伸縮性のあるものなど機能性がアップしています。

Screen printing is a very simple printing method that has been used since the early 19th century or much earlier. Its applications are extremely diverse, ranging from pattern printing on T-shirts to various decorative prints, and even advanced tasks such as fine circuit printing for electronic components and devices. Moreover, it offers many advantages compared to other methods.
For instance, it boasts high productivity, low equipment costs, and environmental friendliness. Isn’t it impressive? Although it is an age-old technology, it remains at the forefront of the times. Strangely, many people are not aware of this technology.
PEC is actively working to make more and more people aware of the potential of screen printing. The screen printing machines handled by PEC are highly accurate and precise, used for printing internal electrodes of electronic components. The pattern in the photo is a result of screen printing silver paste on PET film. Line formations as thin as 50 micrometers are now easily achievable.
